AROUND THE WORLD WITH HFA
Registration Is Now Open for the 2026 HFA European Congress
The event’s theme, "One Vision. One Voice.", is a call for the industry to unify and bring lasting change to global health.
Registration is now open for the 2026 HFA European Congress, scheduled for September 24-26 in London. Purchase your tickets now before early bird pricing ends on June 30. That is, unless you’re Dr. Who, Britain’s favorite time lord, who can transport back in time using a London telephone box.
While the Congress won’t have Dr. Who on hand, the event will feature a number of leading global health and fitness professionals. The theme for this year’s Congress is "One Vision. One Voice.", as HFA hopes to galvanize the industry to unite and help solve the global obesity crisis.
This year's event will be held in partnership with ukactive and hosted by David Minton, founder of Leisure DB. More than 40 innovators, strategists, and visionaries will appear as keynote speakers, panelists, and presenters at this year's event. Speakers announced to date include:

Shafiq Ahmed, founder and CEO of NRG GYM Limited and an HFA board member

Paul Bedford, founder of Retention Guru

Luke Carlson, founder and CEO of Discover Strength and HFA board chairman

Ivan Clavel, general manager of Galician Sports Foundation

Joanne Groves, director of Faster Course

David Stalker, chair of ukactive

Emma Zwiebler, CEO of the World Federation of the Sporting Goods Industry
Also appearing will be Interim HFA President and CEO Greta Wagner, HFA Chief of Staff Mike Goscinski, and HFA Vice President of Research Anton Severin. More speakers and sessions will be announced soon, so follow HFA social media and visit healthandfitness.org/congress for updates.
