What energy crisis? If you could have channeled the adrenaline and enthusiasm from the trade show at The HFA Show 2026 in San Diego, you could have run several data centers for months. An exaggeration? Yes, but with the changes that HFA show organizers added to the trade show, the energy was turned up to 11.

As you can see in the video, it was no simple task to create a space for more than 380 exhibitors during the two-day trade show (March 17-18). But along with the hundreds of booths, HFA organizers had to make room for a few new features added to the floor. While once again bringing back the Pickleball Experience, HFA also introduced the following:

• Innovation Alley (sponsored by Sweatworks). This area consisted of this group of startup companies: Alchemy Innovations LLC, AI Advertising by Mixo Ads, BELLIX, Bolt Recovery, Buzz Bomb Caffeine Company, DetecFit, Fit–M.O., Fit-X, HipDoc, InSquare, MatFresher, Milton AI, Nervō Labs, ObliQ Fitness, OmniFit, OnSight, Silient, Superset App, and xplate. • The New Product Zone. This area featured nine companies showing off their latest creations. Participants were Body Energy Technology, Buzz Bomb Caffeine, Core Champion, Echelon Fit, Escape Fitness, Linear Bar, Martoni Bikes, The Abs Company, and WeGym.

• The Recovery Lounge. The companies in this section featuring recovery products were positioned outside of the trade show hall, but some did double duty by also having a booth inside. Participants were Am-Finn Sauna Company, CryoBuilt, Silent, WellFit, and WellnessSpace Brands. 

• The Demonstration Stage. This area hosted a number of participatory fitness activities that revved up attendees and showcased innovative group programming.
