Admiral Brian Christine, MD Assistant Secretary for Health (ASH) Head of the United States Public Health Service (USPHS) Commissioned Corps US Department of Health and Human Services

Adm. Brian Christine serves as the 18th assistant secretary for health at the US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS). In this role, he provides leadership on the nation’s public health priorities, including chronic disease prevention and efforts to strengthen the nation’s overall health.

Christine also leads the US Public Health Service Commissioned Corps, one of the nation’s eight uniformed services, composed of more than 5,000 public health professionals dedicated to protecting, promoting, and advancing the health and safety of the nation.

President Donald Trump nominated Christine for this position, and he was subsequently confirmed by the US Senate.

As assistant secretary for health, Christine is focused on restoring trust in public health, radical transparency, and tackling the epidemic. His leadership emphasizes putting patients first, strengthening the integrity of public health institutions, and ensuring that every American has the opportunity to live a healthier, more fulfilling life.

Christine earned his doctor of medicine degree from Emory University and completed his residency in urology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham. An internationally recognized leader in men’s health, he established a practice regarded as a global center of excellence, treating patients from across the United States and abroad.

Christine has published peer-reviewed research, lectured extensively, and trained surgeons around the world. He is a member of several leading professional organizations, including the American Urologic Association, the Sexual Medicine Society of North America, the International Society for Sexual Medicine, and the International Continence Society.

As a “Main Street physician” treating the men, the women, and children of our republic, Christine has demonstrated a deep commitment to service, innovation, and improving the health and well-being of all Americans.

Dr. Mehmet Oz Administrator for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services US Department of Health and Human Services

Dr. Mehmet Oz acts as the 17th administrator for the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services, serving under the leadership of President Donald Trump and HHS Secretary Robert Kennedy, Jr. A professor emeritus at New York Presbyterian-Columbia Medical Center, Oz is also the recipient of nine Daytime Emmy Awards.

He completed his undergraduate studies at Harvard University before earning a joint MD and MBA from the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine and the Wharton Business School.

The author of eight New York Times best-selling books, Oz also established a lifestyle magazine dedicated to a holistic approach to well-being, encompassing health, relationships, beauty, and domestic life.

In 2003, he launched a national non-profit organization modeled after the Peace Corps, which deploys motivated recent graduates to high schools across the country. This initiative, which has raised $100 million and reached three million adolescents, focuses on instruction in nutrition, physical fitness, and emotional strength.

Oz is a member of every major professional organization for cardiac surgery. His global influence has been recognized by Time magazine’s 100 Most Influential People, Forbes, and Esquire’s 75 Most Influential People of the 21st Century. Furthermore, he has been honored as one of Harvard’s 100 Most Influential Alumni and AARP’s 50 Influential People Over 50 and has received both the Ellis Island Medal of Honor and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

A resident of Pennsylvania, Oz and his wife, Lisa Oz, are the parents of four children and the grandparents of five.

Rep. Jake Auchincloss (D-MA-4) Member of House Energy & Commerce Committee

Congressman Jake Auchincloss is serving his third term representing the Massachusetts Fourth. In addition to his work on the House Committee on Energy & Commerce, his areas of focus include healthcare, clean energy, gun violence, and building a strong middle class.

Auchincloss was born and raised in Newton, Massachusetts, the son of a surgeon and a scientist. They showed him the value of curiosity and hard work. From the moment he could read, Auchincloss loved American history.

After graduating from Harvard College, he joined the Marines, commanding infantry in Afghanistan and special operations in Panama.

Upon returning home, Auchincloss continued his service as a three-term city councilor in Newton. While working at City Hall on nights and weekends, he built a career in business, running product development at both a Fortune 100 insurance company and a cybersecurity startup. He has degrees in economics and finance from Harvard University and MIT Sloan.

Today, Auchincloss lives in Newton with his wife, Michelle, and their children, Teddy, Grace, and Audrey (along with their Labrador Retriever, Donut).

Jordan Crenshaw Senior Vice President, US Chamber Technology Engagement Center

Jordan Crenshaw serves as the senior vice president at the US Chamber of Commerce’s Technology Engagement Center (C_TEC), where he oversees the daily operations of the policy team. In this capacity, he manages a privacy working group consisting of approximately 300 companies and trade associations, spearheading the creation of model privacy legislation and guiding principles. Previously, he directed the Chamber’s Telecommunications and E-Commerce Policy Committee, evaluating federal policies related to broadband, cloud computing, and digital commerce affecting American enterprises.

Before his tenure at C_TEC, Crenshaw practiced as an attorney specializing in consumer privacy and environmental law. His legal background includes time at McGuireWoods, LLP, where he supported litigation involving environmental nuisance and the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Additionally, he held notable positions within the Virginia Senate leadership, the Office of the Attorney General of Virginia, the Department of Labor, and the National Right to Work Defense Foundation.

Crenshaw is an alumnus of the College of William and Mary, having earned both his bachelor’s degree and Juris Doctor there. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar and a Certified Information Privacy Professional (CIPP/US). A resident of Virginia, he lives with his wife, Molly, and their daughter, Charlotte.

Mike Goscinski Chief of Staff, Health & Fitness Association

Goscinski leads all advocacy efforts at the federal and state levels for the Health & Fitness Association. Since joining the association in 2022, he has become the industry’s first registered federal lobbyist and has played a key role in shaping legislation around fitness, including wins on consumer protection, liability reform, data privacy, and the inclusion of structured exercise in obesity treatment policies.

Prior to HFA, Goscinski spent over a decade in government affairs with the National Automatic Merchandising Association. He lives in Washington, DC, and is a dedicated advocate for public health and physical activity.

Mark E. Harrington Jr. President, Healthworks Group

Mark E. Harrington Jr. is president of Healthworks Group, the largest locally owned, family-run fitness company in Boston, operating the Healthworks, Republic Fitness, GymIt, and First Fitness Management brands. He serves on the HFA Board of Directors and is a passionate advocate for community-based fitness, supporting Healthworks Community Fitness and girls’ sports through his leadership role with the Winchester Soccer Club.

Harrington is a leader driven by purpose and people and has played a central role in the company’s growth and evolution. He founded the GymIt and Republic Fitness brands, expanding the organization’s reach while helping redefine modern fitness experiences.

He has been instrumental in scaling Healthworks Group to serve more than 30,000 members and led a team of more than 700 employees. At the core of his leadership is a belief that strong teams and exceptional member experiences are built through culture and a shared commitment to growth.

Prior to joining Healthworks Group, he spent nearly a decade as a project manager at Exeter Group, leading large-scale IT initiatives. He holds a bachelor of arts degree in computer science from Middlebury College and resides in Winchester, Massachusetts, with his family.

Al Noshirvani Co-Founder and Executive Chairman at AltaDX

Al Noshirvani is co-founder and executive chairman at AltaDX, a technology and AI firm focused on the fitness, beauty, and wellness sectors. Prior to launching AltaDX, Noshirvani was co-founder, CEO, and chairman of Motionsoft, Inc. from which he successfully exited.

In 2010, Noshirvani was named by the Washington Business Journal as a member of the 40 under 40 which recognizes the Greater Washington region’s brightest young business leaders based on demonstrated business success. In 2014, under his leadership, Motionsoft was recognized as the Health & Fitness Association’s Associate Member of the Year.

Noshirvani is also the founder of the Fitness Technology Summit, an annual, invitation-only event where marketing, operations, and technology executives gather for three days of networking, education sessions, and insightful panel discussions. He serves as an entrepreneur in residence with Integrity Square, a boutique investment bank where he focuses on fit tech and SaaS applications practice. Noshirvani is also the owner of a chain of health clubs in the greater Washington, DC, metropolitan area called Method Gyms and serves on the HFA Board of Directors.

Previously, Noshirvani was a founder and executive vice president of sales for a medical software imaging company which he successfully exited from. He holds a BA and MBA and is an avid tennis player.

Parker turns complex data into decision-ready insights that accelerate brand growth. She partners with Fortune-level clients blending qualitative depth with quantitative scale to guide brand strategy, creative development, and comms decisions.

Anton Severin VP of Research, Health & Fitness Association

Anton Severin serves as vice president of research at the Health & Fitness Association, where he leads the organization’s research strategy, data partnerships, and analytics initiatives across the full spectrum of issues shaping the health and fitness sector.

Since joining HFA in 2024, Severin has expanded the association’s consumer, benchmarking, and advocacy research portfolio. He has launched long-term industry data tracking tools, including the Fitness Industry Traffic (FIT) Tracker, and developed new strategic resources, such as the State of the States: US Fitness Policy Update & Compliance Guide, to strengthen HFA’s role as the authoritative industry data and insights center.

Previously, Severin served as director of research at the American Gaming Association in Washington, DC, and earlier worked as a communications consultant in Stockholm, Sweden, his country of birth.

Brian Vidrik General Counsel, ABC Fitness

Brian Vidrik is general counsel for ABC Fitness, where he leads legal, compliance, regulatory, privacy, and corporate governance matters for one of the fitness industry's leading technology and payments providers. With more than a decade of executive legal leadership experience across healthcare, insurance, clinical research, franchising, and technology sectors, Vidrik brings a practical business-focused approach to complex legal and regulatory challenges.

Prior to joining ABC Fitness, Vidrik oversaw the legal departments of Examination Management Services, Inc. and Dickey’s Barbecue Restaurants. He earned his juris doctor from the University of Oklahoma College of Law and his bachelor's degree from Southern Methodist University.

Greta Wagner Interim President and CEO, Health & Fitness Association

Greta Wagner is HFA interim president and CEO. Prior to taking on this role, Wagner served as executive director and executive vice president of Chelsea Piers Athletic Clubs and senior vice president of Chelsea Piers Management. As the executive director/EVP of Chelsea Piers Connecticut, Wagner was responsible for the leadership, development, and financial success of the 500,000+-square-foot Stamford facility. She has been in the fitness industry for more than 30 years. She served on the HFA board of directors from 2019-2024.
